Personally, i think that it's fine for UNCLE to go tanning like tanning, you cant possible expect somebody to go tanning wearing jeans and long sleeved shirt right ?
So there he is minding his own business and two female NParks Officers stopped him saying his dressing was INAPPROPRIATE
Kinda unfair to him, if I was the Officer, I wouldve told him,

'Wow, nice body, if only you were 30yrs younger'

Harsh but at least it gives him some credit for maintaining his body so well, not 3 out of 10 of Singaporean guys my age have half his body shape can??
